This award winning Diamo-Cone integrates the Diamondback Hopper into a conical or V-shaped blender.  The result is a hybrid hopper that completely discharges even the stickiest solids.  The Diamo-Cone is ideal as a portable hopper or as a retrofit to a poor-flowing hopper.  It produces a flow pattern that completely discharges troublesome materials such as bulk drugs, brown sugar, flour, cement, coal and ore.  Because it is up to two-thirds smaller than a typical conical or pyramidal hopper, it significantly reduces headroom.

In addition to breaking arches and ratholes, the Diamo-Cone is self cleaning and produces flow by gravity alone, which eliminates the need for flow-inducing equipment such as vibrators and air cannons.  Because this high performance hopper has no moving parts, it is also inexpensive and build and maintain.

Our experienced engineers can design a Diamo-Cone hopper specifically for your application using flow properties measured in our state-of-the-art lab.  We can even equip you with an Indicizer System so you can measure your own material's flow properties for quality control, formulation development, research, and handling equipment design or selection.
